As a Client Success Security Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of Peak Defence’s mission to transform security management through the perfect integration of People, Process, and Technology. You’ll work directly with clients to implement our methodology, ensuring they achieve meaningful security outcomes rather than just checking compliance boxes.

Role Overview

Unlike traditional consultants who primarily give advice, you’ll be hands-on in implementing solutions, driving adoption of our methodology, and ensuring clients achieve measurable security improvements. You’ll work across the entire security lifecycle: from initial assessment through implementation, optimization, and ongoing management.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Security Implementation

Embed with clients to understand their security challenges in depth and become a trusted partner in their security journey
Translate security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, SOC 2, DORA) into practical implementation plans aligned with the Peak Defence methodology
Guide clients through security program development using our structured approach of strategic, tactical, and operational planning

Technical Security Enablement

Configure and optimize the Wingman platform to address each client’s unique security needs
Help clients leverage the platform’s AI and graph database capabilities to gain unprecedented visibility into their security posture
Implement security controls and processes that demonstrate real protection rather than just documentation

Client Success Leadership

Own client relationships and serve as their primary advocate within Peak Defence
Identify opportunities to expand platform adoption and service engagement based on evolving client needs
Measure and communicate the concrete security improvements achieved through our partnership

Continuous Improvement

Gather client feedback to inform product development and methodology refinement
Develop reusable implementation patterns that can benefit all clients
Contribute to our knowledge base of security best practices and implementation techniques

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of hands-on information security experience, particularly in governance, risk, and compliance
Experience implementing security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, or similar
Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand security controls across various technology domains
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex security concepts for diverse audiences
Problem-solving mentality with a focus on implementation rather than just assessment
Experience with security tools and platforms (GRC tools, SIEM, vulnerability management, etc.)
Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or framework-specific certifications (preferred)
